Title WRX was founded by several of the top real estate agents in Michigan. Throughout our careers we had constantly experienced frustration with title companies and the title process. Title is an industry historically dominated by transaction volume, overworked staff, mistakes, and delays. The primary focus of these companies being profitability and larger transaction volume. Real Estate Agents and their clients are the ones who suffer the consequences of this industry norm.
